TRAINING: Striking, grappling, and conditioning
When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was 18, I recovered from a broken back and didn't want to play recreational sports. I fell in love with fighting as a new way to compete at the highest level.
What ranks and titles have you held? None
Do you have any heroes? My father and Grandfather
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is my dream! If my fighting was Mount Everest, I feel as though I have reached or come very close to reaching the summit.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No
What was your job before you started fighting? I delivered furniture
Ranks in any martial arts styles: Blue belt BJJ
Favorite grappling technique: Gator roll
Favorite Striking technique: Left hook
