Training: strength training and technique in the morning, followed by sparring in the evening.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in Sept. of 05, because my college wrestling program was cut.

What ranks and titles have you held? I hold 3 titles in various Midwest promotions.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Fighting for the UFC is a dream come true. This is the premier fighting organization on the planet. It is the NBA or NFL of what I do.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I graduated from Bethel College with a degree in General Studies

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked at General Nutrition Center up until I graduated college, then started to fight full time.
