Training: Strength and conditioning in the morning, wrestling and BJJ early afternoon, and striking late afternoon.
When and why did you start training for fighting? In 2007 after I graduated college; I have wrestled most of my life and fighting seemed very interesting to me.
What ranks and titles have you held? 2007- NAIA 174 lbs. National Champion
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is very exciting and a step towards reaching my goals
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I attended Lindenwood University and earned a degree in Political Science
What was your job before you started fighting? Assistant wrestling coach for Thompson High School
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? UEP Middleweight title holder
Ranks in any martial arts styles: Purple belt in BJJ
