Biografia

TRAINING: Mon, Wed and Fri I do stand up with Gil Martinez in the morning and MMA at Xtreme Couture at night. Tue and Thur morning I grapple with Sim Go at Cobra Kai. At night I head to XC for big glove sparring. I also do S&C and sprints every other day with Sean Spees

When and why did you start training for fighting? I love the combat aspect and martial arts in general. Fighting has made me who I am and I owe everything to this sport - my wife, son, house, life, everything.

What ranks and titles have you held? Tachi Palace Flyweight and Bantamweight Champion. FILA World Champion in Pankration, Grapplers Quest Champ

Do you have any heroes? My older brother Herculez Gomez

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's all I ever wanted to do growing up.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? UNLV. No degree

What was your job before you started fighting? Cabana Attendant at the Hard Rock. I still work there.

Ranks in any martial arts styles: Black belt in Pankration, Brown Belt in BJJ
